The prize: One virtual "walk-through" staging consultation with a White Fence Homes Home Stager to help a seller prepare their home for sale through real-time recommendations and advice.  Typical virtual walk-through consultations last between 1-2 hours depending on the size and condition of the home.  Recommendations may include furniture placement, decluttering, placement or removal of decorative items, items that the client is recommended to purchase to enhance the look of the property, repairs or updates, paint recommendations.  The goal of the consultation is to give homeowners the information and blueprint to improve the appeal of their home to target today's buyers.  Prize must be redeemed & used before 08/01/2020.

Winners may chose to use the virtual consultation at their own property or gift it to a client, friend or family member.
